Shipping & Returns Policy

Return Policy:
  • If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you purchase online, you may return it to us within 10 days of receipt. Items must be shipped in the original packaging and prepaid via insured mail.
  • Merchandise may also be returned in person to our flagship store in Los Angeles within seven days of purchase.
  • Special order items are not returnable.
  • You may cancel an order within 48 hours by contacting us.
  • If an item arrives damaged, call us at 1-323-462-4453 within 24 hours of receipt of package. Please leave your name, your order number, and phone number where we can reach you. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an immediate exchange of the item.

Shipping Info:
  • All in-stock orders will ship within four business days, unless otherwise noted in the item description.
  • All orders that are not in stock will be shipped in 2 weeks.
  • All orders are shipped UPS 3-Day Select and are shipped insured.
  • Shipping on orders over $500.00 is free. Orders under $500.00 will be charged a $10.00 fee.
  • Shipping address must be a valid U.S. street address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Orders shipped to locations in Alaska, Hawai'i, Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands will be shipped UPS 2nd-Day Air, and will be charged an additional $15.00 shipping fee.
  • Currently, we do not ship to addresses outside the U.S. Please contact us for information on international sales.
